TBS Pure Honey
Pleasant tasting honey, sweet, aromatic, and light yellow in color, this honey comes from the nectar of mustard plant which flowers in different parts of Nepal. Mustard are commonly farmed cooking vegetable in Nepal. The leaves are used for cooking, stem for making pickle and seeds as spices. Plant blossoms at the end of the growing season and bees forages both nectar and pollen from small yellow flower. TBS Mustard honey tends to granulate or crystalizes faster in comparison to other honey.
Buckwheat honey is very strong deep in taste and dark in color. It is less sweet than other regular honey but rich in vitamins and higher in antioxidants contents. Buckwheat is a grain commonly farmed in Nepal. When in bloom short stalks produce large pink flowers. Rich sources of both pollen and nectar, bees love foraging from these flowers.
Litchi (Lychee) is one of the important sub-tropical fruit crops of Nepal after mango, banana and guava. Like the fruit, honey produced is sweet with fruity floral notes. The clearness of fruit is matched by the nectar, yielding a light colored honey.

Chiuri (butter tree) is a large tree, naturally occurring in warm temperate areas throughout the Himalayan tract in Nepal up to 1500m above sea level. It flowers during cold season. During this season, the plant produces so much nectar that it overflows; hence it is very fragrant and full of pollen. Chiuri Honey is harvested at winter from the pristine high altitudes of the Himalayas, giving it a uniquely high antioxidant capacity. Chiuri is multipurpose tree which has significant cultural and livelihood associations with the Chepang community of Nepal.
Rudilo honey is extracted by bees from the collection of nectars of the herbal shrub – Rudilo (Pogostemon benghalensis). The nectars collected from Rudilo flower have high medicinal value in terms of Ayurveda. Rudilo is a popular medicinal plant found throughout Nepal.

Raw Honey is totally unprocessed natural honey. It is completely in natural condition straight from the hive. This honey is filtered through coarse filter only. So this honey may contain some fine wax particle as well. Our Raw Honey are mainly from blossom of mustard or chiuri. It contents high anti-oxidant, trace minerals, enzyme, vitamins with anti-bactererial and anti-microbial properties possessing important medicinal values.
